Meditation: A Great Way To Reduce Stress.

Sorry I have been busy with my other activities so I could not write for a while.

In this time people are so busy that they find life too excruciatingly stressful. Long time exposure to uncontrolled stress can cause pain, headache, amnesia, sleep disorder or even mental illness. So "Stress Management" is necessary.

One of the many ways you can manage your stress is that you can meditate. For thousands of years people have been meditating to remove stress, to seek divine or spiritual enlightenment or just part of maintaining religious rituals. Some do it for health reasons too.

There are lots of books and sites for meditation self-help. Some sites are free too. Here is a site where you can register for free and have a nearly 14 minutes meditation experience and listen a relaxation (very pleasant) mp3 for free:

http://www.meditainment.com/free-meditation-content/

There are other services but for that you need to pay.

When you put your nickname and valid email address there, they will provide a link into your email address:

Now after activating, you will see the following page:

Click on the meditation icon to reach a wonderful trance or the relaxation mp3 to relax your mind.

Have a good meditation experience.

Feel fre to comment or tell your friends about it.

Google Analytics.

There is a great way to see how much traffic you are getting to your blog/ site. It is called "Google Analytics". Here you can see the amount of visitors, the sources of them and the "bounce rate" ( The rate at which visitors leave your homepage without moving to the next pages) etc.

Signing up is easy if you have a gmail account (Which I guess you already have if you use the "Blogger" platform to blog).

You can see the panel on your left once you log in. You can choose to see the sources the visitors come from (like search engine, reference sites etc) in a pie chart. You are at liberty to see the visitors on day, week, or month basis (Just click on the buttons on the top right corner above the graph). Also you can see the technical profile at the bottom of your panel.

You can paste the tracking code into your blogger HTML code too just to enhance tracking by
Google Analytics.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask anytime. Also if you like my blog, subscribe to it or follow it. We can have a link exchange program if you want.
